The best material depends on your lifestyle and preferences. Cobalt chrome and Inconel are incredibly durable and fairly scratch-resistant, while tantalum offers a sleek, modern look with excellent comfort. If you prefer something unique, meteorite, Damascus steel, and carbon fiber provide distinct textures and styles. Traditional metals like yellow gold and platinum remain classic choices for wedding bands too.
We recommend using our Revolution Ring Sizer Kit for the most accurate fit. Once you slide a ring sizer over your knuckle, there should be a bit of resistance when taking it off—but it shouldn’t be uncomfortably tight. Use the “Bend and Twist” method when removing it: slightly bend your knuckle and twist the sizer off instead of pulling it straight back. Pulling straight can cause the skin to bunch up, leading to an inaccurate size. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.
Wedding bands are traditionally worn as a symbol of marriage and commitment, usually featuring simple and timeless designs. Fashion rings, on the other hand, are worn for style and personal expression and may include unique materials, engravings, or gemstones. That being said, more and more people are picking wedding bands that match their personality and style.
Yes! Many of our rings feature comfort-fit designs, meaning they have a slightly rounded inner surface for a smooth, easy fit. Choosing the right material and width also helps ensure long-term comfort.
It depends on the material. Hard metals like tungsten are extremely scratch resistant but can crack under extreme pressure, while softer metals like gold won't crack, but can scratch. In general, we recommend treating your ring like fine jewelry and remove it during any rough activities.
This is a more complex question than most people realize. For example, tungsten rings are extremely hard which makes them very scratch resistance. However, that same hardness makes them brittle and more prone to cracking than other rings. Generally to gain strength in scratch resistance you often lose strength in crack resistance.
We've worked hard to identify materials that will hold up through normal daily activities while also offering unique looks that can't always be found everywhere else. We also offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our rings to help make sure your ring will last a lifetime.
