Revolution Lifetime Warranty

At Revolution, we are proud to stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty to ensure your jewelry remains as exceptional as the day you received it.

What’s covered

The Lifetime Warranty includes refinishing and normal wear and tear. If you ever want to shine your ring back up or buff out some of those old scratches we’ll refinish the ring and bring it as close to new condition as we can.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, simply return it to us for evaluation. Should we determine that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or, at our discretion, replace the item. If the original design is no longer available, we’ll offer a replacement of equal value to the original purchase price.

There is no charge for these services, although the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.

What’s not covered

Fine jewelry is crafted to be treasured, but it’s not immune to the effects of rough activities or accidental damage. Here’s what isn’t covered:

  • Accidental damage: Any accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear — including deep scratches, bent rings, chips, and bent prongs
  • Chemical exposure: Discoloration from contact with chemicals, cosmetics, pools, or hot tubs
  • Loss or theft: Our warranty doesn’t cover lost or stolen items
  • Third-party repairs or alterations: Any service performed by someone other than Revolution will void this warranty, including size adjustments and engravings

Unique jewelry characteristics

Each piece of jewelry is uniquely yours, complete with natural variations or inclusions in the materials that enhance its character. These individual traits are not considered defects but a testament to the organic beauty of your item.

Warranty conditions

The warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser. If we determine that the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll let you know if repair options are available at a reasonable cost.

Loss and Damage Protection

We offer an option to add Loss and Damage Protection that will cover your ring if it is lost, stolen, or accidentally damaged. This is separate from the warranty, which only covers cleanings, refinishing, and normal wear and tear. You can choose to purchase Loss and Damage Protection along with your ring for a duration of 3 years, 5 years, or 10 years.

  • 3-Year Protection — one ring replacement
  • 5-Year Protection — two ring replacement claims
  • 10-Year Protection — three ring replacement claims
Loss and Damage Protection does not cover customer abuse or resizing. For lost and stolen rings you must provide a copy of the police report for replacement, and there will be a 20% replacement fee of the current full retail price. Lost stones are also subject to a 20% replacement fee based on the current retail cost of the stone. Protection is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

Production Lead Time

After payment is received and an accurate ring size is confirmed, your ring will be scheduled for production. Most of our rings are completed within 3–5 weeks; however, as every ring is made to order, some can take longer. Please see the product page for the most accurate turnaround time on your ring.

Production time will be longer if you are sending in materials for use in making your ring.

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend purchasing a Rush Order upgrade and indicating your desired delivery date in your order. Please be aware not all rings can be rushed.

Accurate Ring Sizing

Getting the perfect fitting ring can seem overwhelming at first, but with a little information it’s a task that anyone can achieve. The first thing to be aware of is that there are three different fit types our rings come in: Comfort-fit, Beveled-Fit, and Standard-Fit. The majority of our rings come in Comfort-fit, but we do have some that come with a Beveled-Fit or Standard-Fit.

Rounded interior profile for ergonomic, day-long wear. Recommended for wider rings and larger knuckles.

Beveled Fit

Beveled-Fit

Beveled interior edge for a balance between comfort and traditional fit. Smooth on and off the finger.

Standard Fit

Standard-Fit

Straight flat interior. Most traditional fit and easiest to size, though less comfortable for extended wear on wider rings.

Getting the right size

  • If you’re not used to wearing a ring, most things will feel too tight to start — but too loose risks the ring catching or falling off
  • Your finger can fluctuate in size throughout the day due to temperature and activity. In warmer months the ring will fit tighter, in cooler months looser
  • Finger shape also plays a part. If your finger is largest at the knuckle you should be able to get it on and off without much struggle — you may need to twist the ring once or twice
  • We do not recommend online printable ring sizers. Order a set of our ring sizers here — they’re free when ordered with a ring. If you need help converting to US sizing, contact us
  • When determining your size, use the “Bend and Twist” method — once a sizer is over your knuckle you should have a bit of resistance taking it off. Bend your knuckle slightly and twist. Wear the sizer for a while and test at different times of day
It is your responsibility to be certain of your size before ordering. Because we cannot size you personally and fit preference varies, the ring will be made in the size you provide. Please double check all options before placing your order.

Once you receive your sizers and know your size, confirm your ring size here. Once confirmed, your ring will be scheduled for production. If ordered as a rush, the soonest it can normally be completed is 2 weeks from the date we know your size.

Free Silicone Ring

Our silicone rings are available in whole sizes between size 4 and 13. We offer a free silicone ring with every ring ordered between these sizes. When we ship your ring, we’ll include the appropriate size based on what you ordered.

Returns & Refunds

Any returned rings will be subject to a 20% recycling fee based on the current full retail price of the ring. Shipping costs and rush fees will not be refunded. If you decide to return your ring for any reason, you must do so within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned ring, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method minus the 20% recycling fee.

Order errors

If there is an error on your order, your ring will be corrected or remade to the original specifications at no additional cost. Errors on our part do not exclude the buyer from these refund policies — they entitle you to have the ring corrected to the product originally ordered. Returned items must be in good condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The return policy applies to the original ring only — exchanged rings cannot be returned or exchanged again.

How to start a return

Contact us via the contact page for return instructions. We retain the right to refuse any exchange if we feel the policy is being abused.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please advise us within 24 hours of placing the order.

For any order cancellation after 24 hours, there will be a 20% recycling fee based on the current full retail price of the ring.

Exchange conditions

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping of the newly sized ring
  • We will only resize a ring once at the lower fee — a second size exchange is 40% regardless of timing
  • Size exchanges are for the same style ring only — no changes to width, inlays, or other style elements

If your new style is more expensive, you are responsible for the price difference in addition to the Style Exchange Fee. If the new ring is less expensive, no refund or credit will be issued for the difference. You may only do a style exchange once. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping of the new ring.

Engraving

Most rings will come with the standard Revolution logo engraved on the inside of the ring.

We reserve the right to reject any custom engraving text that uses offensive or discriminatory language. In the event that we cannot engrave your custom text, we will refund you for the engraving.

Shipping

Our standard United States shipping method is FedEx. Shipments average 3–5 business days depending on location from Utah. Express Shipping is available as an upgrade at checkout. All US Rush Orders are upgraded to Express Shipping as part of the Rush Processing fee. All orders are shipped with insurance.

We charge a flat fee for shipping & handling for the first item with no additional charges for combined items.

For international customers, shipping method varies by destination. Parcels may take 6–15 business days to arrive, and sometimes longer due to customs delays. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties.

If you finance with Affirm, your first payment is due approximately two weeks after your purchase is finalized. Due to extended delivery times, your loan payment(s) may be due before you receive your ring.

Pricing Changes

Please be aware that our prices can change at any time without notice. We strive to maintain competitive pricing and may adjust our prices in response to market trends, supplier costs, or other circumstances. If you have made a purchase, the price you paid at the time of the transaction will be honored — however, we cannot offer refunds or credits if the price decreases after your purchase.
