Getting the perfect fitting ring can seem overwhelming at first, but with a little information it's a task that anyone can achieve. The first thing to be aware of is that there are three different fit types that our rings come in: Comfort-fit, Beveled-Fit, and Standard-Fit. The majority of our rings come in Comfort-fit, but we do have some that come with a Beveled-Fit or a Standard-Fit.
Comfort-Fit
Comfort-fit rings are designed with a rounded interior profile that provides a more ergonomic fit. These rings are especially popular for those who wear their rings daily, as the rounded interior reduces friction and allows for easy movement of the ring on the finger. Comfort-fit rings are often recommended for individuals with larger knuckles, who want a more relaxed fit, or on wider rings like many men's rings are.
Beveled-Fit
Beveled-fit rings, on the other hand, have a bevel on the interior edge. This provides a more comfortable fit than standard-fit, as the beveled edge reduces the pressure on the finger and allows for a smoother sliding on and off the finger. Beveled-fit rings offer a balance between comfort and traditional fit.
Standard-Fit
Standard-fit rings are the most traditional type of ring fit. These rings have a straight interior, which means that the inside of the ring is flat and smooth. Standard-fit rings are popular because they are easy to size; however, some people may find standard-fit rings less comfortable to wear for long periods of time, especially on wider rings like many men's rings are.
Getting the Right Size
The second thing to know is how to select the right size. There are a few important things to note when it comes to sizing:
Because we cannot size you personally and because of personal preference on how a ring fits varies from person to person, the ring will be made in the size you provide to us. It is your responsibility to be certain of size before ordering. Please double check the options that you have selected on your ring before placing your order.
If you order the sizers with your ring, once you receive the sizers and know your size you can either email us at contact@revolutionjewelry.com to let us know what size is needed or confirm your ring size on this page. Once you've confirmed your ring size your ring will be scheduled for production. Please note, most of our rings are completed within 3-5 weeks from the time we know your ring size; however, as every ring is made to order, some of our rings can take longer. If you order the ring as a rush, the soonest it can normally be completed is 2 weeks from the date you let us know what size is needed.
After payment is received and an accurate ring size is confirmed, your ring will be scheduled for production. Most of our rings are completed within 3-5 weeks; however, as every ring is made to order, some of our rings can take longer. Please see the product page for the most accurate turn around time on your ring.
Most of our rings are currently not experiencing any delays due to COVID-19, but with how quickly things change, please be aware that delays are a possibility.
Production time will be longer if you are sending in materials for use in making your ring.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend purchasing an additional $100 Rush Order upgrade, and indicating the desired delivery date in your order. Please be aware, not all rings can be rushed.
All of our rings come with a ring box which can be used to keep your ring safe when you're not wearing it. Here is an example of what the ring box looks like:
Most of our rings come with the Revolution Jewelry logo inside the ring as well as the material mark. In addition to these, a personal engraving can be added to the inside of your ring for extra fee. You can choose from a variety of fonts. See the available fonts here.
You can choose your engraving options on the cart page. We reserve the right to reject any custom engraving text that uses offensive or discriminatory language. In the event that we cannot engrave your custom text, we will refund you for your engraving.

Each ring is custom made to the specifications that you provide to us. We guarantee your ring to be the ring that you ordered, and free from any defects. If there is a problem with your ring upon delivery, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix or replace it for you. We don’t rest until you are happy with your purchase!
Buy with confidence. All of our rings, except Elysium Black Diamond rings, have a Lifetime Warranty. Elysium Black Diamond rings include a 2-year warranty. If your ring needs repair or refinishing during this time, there is no charge for these services, you would only need to pay for shipping.
Please note: Any alterations, size changes or engravings made by an outside party will void the warranty as well as the return, style and size exchange policies. Also, please be aware our warranty is not an insurance policy and does not cover customer abuse, lost rings, or lost stones. It also doesn’t cover the crown setting if your ring has a crown set stone. We recommend getting an insurance policy for your ring from a reliable outside source. The silicone rings are also excluded from the warranty. The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
Although some of the photos of our Acid Wash Damascus Steel may make the rings appear to be black, they are in fact charcoal grey, not black. Please note that all monitors are different, and will display colors differently.Learn more about our Damascus steel finishes here.
Any returned rings will be subject to a 40% recycling fee, based on the current full list price of the ring. If you decide to return your ring for any reason, you must do so within 14 days of delivery. Once you have returned the ring, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method minus a 40% recycling fee.
If there is an error on your order, your ring will be corrected or remade for you to the original ring ordered at no additional cost. Any errors on our part do not exclude the buyer from the refund policies, but rather entitle them to have their ring corrected to be the product ordered. Returned items must be in good condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The return policy only applies to the original ring, exchanged rings cannot be returned or exchanged again. If you need to return your ring, please contact us via the contact page or email us at contact@revolutionjewelry.com for return instructions.

Once the original ring is returned and fees are paid, a new ring will then be made and shipped. We will only exchange the ring once for the 20% fee. Any Size Exchanges following that will be the 40% fee.
Size Exchanges can only be made for the same style ring and do not allow for any changes in the ring style to be made (Width, Inlays, Etc.).
If you would like to change the style of your ring, you may do so within the first 30 days after the ring is delivered for a 20% Style Exchange Fee based on the current full list price of the original ring. After the 30 day window has passed, no style exchanges will be allowed. If your new style is more expensive than your original ring, you will be responsible to pay that difference in addition to the 20% Style Exchange Fee. If the new ring is less expensive no refunds or credits will be issued for the price difference. You may only do a style exchange once. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the shipping for the new ring.
