How do I get an accurate ring size?

We have found the great majority of all ring exchanges are in the first 90 days and in the majority of time it is because the initial ring is too big. Most of our designs are produced with a unique, incredibly comfortable comfort fit inside the ring. If you are not used to wearing a ring, then it is likely everything will feel too tight to start. However, getting the ring too loose will cause it to catch on something or possibly fall off and lose it. Because of this, we ask you to size your finger by the "Bend and Twist" method. Once you have a ring sizer over your knuckle, you should have a bit of "resistance" in taking it off. When taking a ring off you should bend your knuckle slightly and twist it. If you try to pull it straight back over your knuckle, it will catch the skin and not give an accurate size.

There is always the possibility of slight sizing discrepancies from jeweler to jeweler. We use United States/Canada Size as our sizing scale. Our sizing is set to International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

We do not recommend the use of online printable ring sizers. The safest option is to have your size checked at a reputable jewelry store or local jeweler. Please bear in mind that all of our rings come standard with comfort fit.

We are also familiar with International and Foreign sizing. If you need help converting your sizes to US sizing, please contact us for instruction.

How long do your rings take to make?

As we make every ring to order, they can take up to as much as 4 weeks to make. If you need the ring sooner, we do offer a RUSH service option for $50. If you choose the Rush service, please enter the date that you need the ring by in the order notes.

Can you do personal engravings on rings?

In addition to engraving the Revolution Jewelry logo inside the ring, we can also add a personal engraving to the inside of your ring for $30 extra. You can choose from a variety of fonts. See the available fonts here: http://revolutionjewelry.com/pages/fonts You can choose your engraving options in the drop-down menus on any item listing. We reserve the right to reject any custom engraving text that uses offensive or discriminatory language. In the event that we cannot engrave your custom text, we will refund you for your engraving.

Do you offer a Warranty?

Each ring is Custom Made to the specifications that you provide to us. We guarantee your ring to be the ring that you ordered, and free from any defects. If there is a problem with your ring upon delivery, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can replace it for you. We don’t rest until you are happy with your purchase!

Buy with confidence. All of our rings have a Lifetime Warranty. If your ring needs repair or refinishing, we will service it free of charge for the life of the ring.

Is your Acid Wash Damascus Steel Black?

Although some of the photos of our Acid Wash Damascus Steel may make the rings appear to be black, they are in fact charcoal grey, not black. Please note that all monitors are different, and will display colors differently.

What is your Return Policy?

If you decide to return your ring for any reason, you must do so within 14 days of delivery. Once you have returned the ring, we will issue you one of two options; 1) an in-store credit for the full amount of your order, or 2) a refund back to the original payment method minus a 25% restocking fee. Returned items must be in good condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. What is your resizing policy?

If you need to change the size of your ring after you have received it, there is a Size Exchange Fee of 10% of the original retail price of the order, within 30 days of delivery. For any size exchange after 30 days, the fee is 25% of the original retail price. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the shipping for the newly sized ring. Return shipping is $10 extra for the USA and $16 International. If you need to do a Size Exchange, please contact us via the contact page or email us at contact@revolutionjewelry.com for exchange instructions.

Once the original ring is returned and fees are paid, we will then make and ship a new ring. We will only exchange the ring once for the 10% fee. Any Size Exchanges following that will be the 25% fee.

Do you have a Payment Plan?

We have a No Interest Layaway Plan that we offer, which will allow you to make multiple payments over time without accruing interest. The ring will start production after all payments have been made. Contact us directly for more information.

If you need your ring to start production ASAP, but want to use a Payment Plan, we use Affirm for our that, and you can get approved and start using it immediately if you are a US resident. More about that here: https://www.affirm.com/buy-with-affirm/

The other option is to use PayPal Credit! PayPal will let you pay up front and you pay them back over time. You will have to sign up for PayPal Credit if you don't already have it. You can do that here: https://creditapply.paypal.com/apply?guid=9I4VCP0C

To sign up for Affirm, you must:

1. Be 18 years or older.
2. Provide a valid U.S. or APO/FPO/DPO home address.
3. Provide a valid U.S. mobile number and agree to receive SMS texts. The mobile phone account must be registered in your name. We cannot accept VOIP numbers at this time.
4. Provide your full name, email address, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your social security number to help us verify your identity.

To buy using Affirm, simply choose Affirm as your payment method during checkout.

How are your rings shipped?

United States Shipping is FREE. There is no additional charge for combined items.

Our standard Shipping method is USPS. Shipments average 3-5 business days depending on location, from Utah. Priority and Express shipping are available as options during checkout for additional costs. All of our orders are shipped with insurance.

Our standard shipping method for International customers is USPS First Class International.

We charge a flat fee for shipping & handling for the first item and NO additional charges for combined items. For International orders, your parcel may take 6-15 business days to arrive. In some cases, it may take longer due to delays in customs. Customer is responsible for all taxes & duties. We will mark your package as a gift and ship in generic packaging.
