Warranty Abuse

We are proud to offer our Warranty on our rings; however, we are not able to offer it for customer abuse. While warranty claims being denied for customer abuse is uncommon they do happen on occasion. In general, customer abuse is any damage caused that is beyond normal wear and tear. Customer abuse is looked at on a case by case basis and it's not possible for us to list everything that may be considered abuse, but a few examples where it wouldn't be covered are bent rings, chips or significant scratches that are clearly not caused by a material defect, and chemical damage to a ring. We always recommend treating your ring like you would any other piece of fine jewelry.
