WHERE THE WOOD COMES FROM

We use reclaimed oak from authentic bourbon barrels — the same barrels used by distilleries across Kentucky and Tennessee to age their whiskey. Once a barrel has done its job, the staves are retired. We take that wood and give it a second life.

The result is a ring material with more character than any metal alone can produce. The grain varies barrel to barrel. The char lines are unique to each stave. No two whiskey barrel rings come out exactly the same — which means yours is the only one like it in the world.

HOW IT'S BUILT

The whiskey barrel oak is cut into thin slices, fitted into a precision-machined channel in the outer metal band, then polished flush with the surface and sealed. The seal protects the wood in everyday wear — hand washing, light exposure, daily contact.

The outer band is where the structural integrity lives. The wood is the story.

THE METAL YOU PAIR IT WITH

Black Zirconium — our most popular pairing. The deep permanent black of the zirconium makes the warm amber and brown tones of the bourbon oak glow. High contrast, high character.

Black Titanium — lighter weight than Black Zirconium with a similar dark exterior. A good choice if you want the whiskey barrel look in a band that barely feels like you're wearing anything.

Titanium — clean silver exterior lets the wood speak for itself. Simple, warm, and understated.

Damascus Steel — the forged pattern in the Damascus plays against the grain of the oak. Two materials with visible craftsmanship, one ring.
