Returns & Cancellations

These policies apply to all non-ring products — watches, wallets, sunglasses, knives, pens, cufflinks, and accessories. These items are made and fulfilled by our trusted partner vendors and shipped directly to you. For ring purchases, see our ring ordering & exchange policies.

Order Cancellations

Our Gifts & Accessories products are made and fulfilled by our partner vendors — specialty brands we’ve carefully selected to complement our ring collection. When you place an order, it is transmitted automatically to the relevant vendor, who typically begins processing and ships within one business day.

Because fulfillment happens on the vendor’s side and moves quickly, we are rarely able to intercept an order before it ships — even if you contact us immediately after placing it. We want to be upfront about that rather than make promises we can’t keep.

If you need to cancel, contact us right away via our contact page or at contact@revolutionjewelry.com. We will make every effort to reach the vendor in time, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed.

If we cannot cancel in time

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. The best path forward is to accept the delivery and then initiate a return following the process below.

Do not refuse delivery. Refused packages may incur additional return shipping fees that will be deducted from your refund.

Personalized or special orders

Custom, engraved, and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately. These items are also not eligible for return.

Returns & Refunds

Return window

Most non-ring items may be returned within 14 days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date. We do not offer exchanges on non-ring items — if you’d like a different product, return your original item within the 14-day window and place a new order.

Condition requirements

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In new, unused condition with no signs of wear, use, or alteration
  • Returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Items showing signs of wear may be sent back to you at your expense.

Restocking fee

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the full retail price of the item. Returns approved outside our standard window may be subject to a higher fee at our discretion.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges and any rush fees are non-refundable. We recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the item.

Revolution is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Free promotional items

If your order included a free gift or promotional item, it must be returned with your purchase. Promotional items valued at $10 or more that are not returned will be deducted from your refund.

How to start a return

Contact us before sending anything back. Reach us via our contact page or at contact@revolutionjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.

Order errors

If we made an error on your order, we will correct or replace the item at no additional cost. Errors on our part entitle you to receive the correct product as originally ordered — they do not convert to an automatic cash refund or waive our standard return policy.

Defective or Damaged Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale, clearance, and final sale items
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Special or custom orders
  • Used, worn, or altered items
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Pens: opened ink refills or cartridges

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or duties incurred. Revolution does not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

Policy Abuse

Revolution retains the right to refuse any return if we determine that our policy is being abused, including returns from accounts with an excessive return history.
