We stand behind our craftsmanship. If there's a problem with the ring that was caused by our original manufacturing, the ring is covered for life.

Accidental Damage

Accidental damage refers to unintentional damage that happens to the ring. Intentional damage falls under abuse and is not covered.

Lost / Stolen

Lost or stolen rings are covered under Loss and Damage Protection. Each claim requires a copy of the police report, and there is a 20% replacement fee based on the current full retail price of the ring. Lost stones are also subject to a 20% replacement fee based on the current retail cost of the stone.

Abuse

Any intentional damage done to your ring is not covered under any policy and will void the lifetime warranty and loss and damage protection. This includes alterations, size changes, or engravings made by an outside party.

Resizing

Our Lifetime Warranty and Loss and Damage Protection do not include resizing or size exchanges. If you need a size exchange, please see our size exchange policy.

Plan Claim Limits

The 3-year plan covers one instance of loss or damage within 3 years of receiving the ring.
The 5-year plan covers up to two instances of loss or damage within 5 years of receiving the ring.
The 10-year plan covers up to three instances of loss or damage within 10 years of receiving the ring.
