Lost/Stolen | Lost/Stolen rings are covered under our Loss and Damage Protection. For each claim for lost/stolen rings you must provide a copy of the police report and there is a 20% replacement fee of the current full retail price of the ring. Lost stones are also subject to a 20% replacement fee based on the current retail cost of the stone. | No | Yes* |
Abuse | Any intentional damage done to your ring is not covered under any policy and would void the lifetime warranty and loss and damage protection. Any alterations, size changes, or engravings made by an outside party would also fall under this scenario. | No | No |
