Warranty, Refunds and Exchanges
Buy with confidence. All of our rings have a Lifetime Warranty. If your ring needs repair or refinishing, we will service it free of charge for the life of the ring.
We do NOT have a “return for cash” refund policy, only a “size exchange” policy, within 30 days of purchase.
Because each ring is Custom Made to the customer’s specifications, we do not accept returns for cash refunds, exchanges only.
If you need to do an exchange, please contact us via the contact page or email us at email@example.com for return instructions.
There is an exchange fee of 35% of the original purchase price on plain Titanium or Tungsten styles with or without silver inlay.
Rings made using Damascus, Cobalt Chrome, and Carbon Fiber (or that have gold – yellow, rose or white gold), Platinum, Mokume, or Palladium inlay, have a 40% exchange fee – no exceptions.
The exchange fee covers the cost of making a new ring and the return shipping. In some cases, we can recycle some of the precious metals like gold and silver back into the new ring but it is labor intensive.
Once the original ring is returned and fees are paid, we will then make & ship a new ring via first class or first class international mail.
Exchange MUST be for a ring and/or ring style of equal value. Credits for price difference will not be considered.
Exchanging a ring of greater value for the exchange fee, is not an option.
We will only exchange the ring ONCE. No exceptions.
Rings that have personalized engravings will NOT be charged again for re-engraving the new ring.
We, the seller, retain the right to refuse any exchange if we feel the policy is being abused. All representations made about this item are based upon description provided by the manufacturer of the product.
Because we cannot size you personally, we will make the ring in the size you provide us. It is the customer’s responsibility to be certain of size before ordering.
There is always the possibility of slight sizing discrepancies from jeweler to jeweler. Our sizing is set to International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Sizing for our comfort fit rings is digitally sized once the ring is finished and a 2nd time during our quality check, before the item(s) ship.
We do not recommend the use of online printable ring sizers. The safest option is to have your size checked at a reputable jewelry store or local jeweler. Please bear in mind that all of our rings come standard with comfort fit.
We are also familiar with International and Foreign sizing. If you need help converting your sizes to US sizing, please contact us for instruction.
Damascus, Titanium, Tungsten Cobalt Chrome, Carbon Fiber Steel rings are cut from solid bars and other raw materials of their respective alloys (they are not cast like traditional metal rings like gold and silver). Because of this, your ring cannot be re-sized as noted in the listing details.
