At Revolution Jewelry, we are proud to stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty to ensure your jewelry remains as exceptional as the day you received it.

What’s Covered:

The Lifetime Warranty includes refinishing and normal wear and tear. If you ever want to shine your ring back up or buff out some of those old scratches we’ll refinish the ring and bring it as close to new condition as we can.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, simply return it to us for evaluation. Should we determine that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or, at our discretion, replace the item. If the original design is no longer available, we’ll offer a replacement of equal value to the original purchase price.

There is no charge for these services, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways though.

What’s Not Covered:

Fine jewelry is crafted to be treasured, but it’s not immune to the effects of rough activities or accidental damage. Rings can especially be prone to harsh conditions as they’re worn on our hands. Here’s what isn’t covered by this warranty:

• Accidental Damage:Any accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear would not be covered. This may include, but is not limited to, deep scratches, bent rings, chips, and bent prongs.
• Chemical Exposure: Discoloration from contact with chemicals, cosmetics, pools, or hot tubs.
• Loss or Theft: Unfortunately, our warranty doesn’t cover lost or stolen items.
• Third-Party Repairs or Alterations: Any service performed by someone other than Revolution Jewelry will void this warranty including size adjustments and engravings.

Unique Jewelry Characteristics:

Each piece of jewelry is uniquely yours, complete with natural variations or inclusions in the materials that enhance its character. These individual traits are not considered defects but a testament to the organic beauty of your item.

Warranty Conditions:

• This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser.
• Regular maintenance, such as tightening prongs or cleaning, is essential to preserve the integrity of your jewelry and prevent further damage.

If we determine that the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll let you know if repair options are available at a reasonable cost.

We do offer an option to add additional Accidental Damage Protection, that will cover your ring from accidental damage. This is separate from the warranty, which only covers cleanings, refinishing and normal wear and tear. You can choose to purchase Accidental Damage Protection along with your ring for a duration of 3 years, 5 years, or 10 years. 

During the 3-Year Protection, you are eligible for one ring replacement. Two ring replacement claims are available during the 5-Year Protection, and three replacement claims during the 10-Year Protection. 

Please be aware that our Accidental Damage Protection is not an insurance policy and does not cover customer abuse, lost rings, lost stones, theft or resizing. For these instances we recommend getting an insurance policy for your ring from a reliable outside source. 

Accidental Damage Protection is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

Any returned rings will be subject to a 20% recycling fee, based on the full retail price of the ring. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you decide to return your ring for any reason, you must do so within 14 days of delivery. Once you have returned the ring, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method minus a 20% recycling fee.

If there is an error on your order, your ring will be corrected or remade for you to the original ring ordered at no additional cost. Any errors on our part do not exclude the buyer from the refund policies but rather entitle them to have their ring corrected to be the product ordered. Returned items must be in good condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The return policy only applies to the original ring, exchanged rings cannot be returned or exchanged again. We retain the right to refuse any exchange if we feel the policy is being abused.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please advise us of those changes within 24 hours of placing the order. For any order cancellations after 24 hours, there will be a 20% recycling fee, based on the full retail price of the ring. If you would like to change the style of your ring, you may do so within the first 30 days after the ring is delivered for a 20% Style Exchange Fee based on the current full retail price of the original ring. After 30 days and up to 1 year, there is a 40% Style Exchange Fee. There are no style exchanges after 1 year. 

If your new style is more expensive than your original ring, you will be responsible for paying that difference in addition to the Style Exchange Fee. If the new ring is less expensive no refunds or credits will be issued for the price difference. You may only do a style exchange once. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the shipping for the new ring. We use Klarna and Shop Pay for our Payment Plans.

Klarna offers two different ways to finance your ring. You can either:

• Split your ring into 4 interest-free card payments.
  
• Finance your ring over a longer period of time with a minimum monthly payment and a low interest rate.
