We have found that the majority of all ring exchanges are due to the initial ring being too big. Most of our rings are made with a comfort fit, which means that the center of the ring is true to size and gets slightly larger toward the edges of the ring. The comfort fit makes it easier to get the ring on and off, and fits more comfortably on the finger. Our ring sizers are also comfort fit so if you use our ring sizers the sizing will match our comfort fit rings. Keeping that in mind, if you were sized based on standard fit rings some people like to order their ring slightly smaller than their ring size (normally a quarter size smaller), if they like their rings to be snug on their finger.
If you are not used to wearing a ring, then it is likely everything will feel too tight to start out. However, getting the ring too loose will cause it to catch on something or possibly fall off and become lost. Because of this, we ask you to size your finger by the "Bend and Twist" method. Once you have a ring sizer over your knuckle, you should have a bit of "resistance" in taking it off. When taking a ring off you should bend your knuckle slightly and twist it. If you try to pull it straight back over your knuckle, it will catch the skin and not give an accurate size.
Because we cannot size you personally, the ring will be made in the size you provide to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to be certain of size before ordering. Please double check the options that you have selected on your ring before placing your order. See our Exchange Policies below.
We do not recommend the use of online printable ring sizers. The safest option is to order a set of our sizers. Our sizers cover US sizes 5 - 16, including most half sizes. We use United States/Canada Size as our sizing scale. Our sizing is set to International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
To order a set of our sizers simply select ‘Send me a Ring Sizer Kit First’ as the size on your ring on the product page for your ring or order a set of our ring sizers here. When ordered with a ring, the sizers are free, but may have an additional shipping fee. After your order is placed, the sizers will be shipped out the following business day. If you order the sizers with your ring, once you receive the sizers and know your size you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what size is needed and your ring will be scheduled for production. Please note, most of our rings are completed within 3-5 weeks from the time we know your ring size; however, as every ring is made to order, some of our rings can take longer. If you order the ring as a rush, the soonest it can be completed is 2 weeks from the date you let us know what size is needed.
We are also familiar with International and Foreign sizing. If you need help converting your sizes to US sizing, please contact us for instruction.

Each ring is custom made to the specifications that you provide to us. We guarantee your ring to be the ring that you ordered, and free from any defects. If there is a problem with your ring upon delivery, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix or replace it for you. We don’t rest until you are happy with your purchase!
Buy with confidence. All of our rings have a 2 Year Warranty. If your ring needs repair or refinishing during this time, there is no charge for these services, you would only need to pay for shipping.
Please note: Any alterations, size changes or engravings made by an outside party will void the warranty as well as the return, style and size exchange policies. Also, please be aware our warranty is not an insurance policy and does not cover customer abuse, lost rings, or lost stones. It also doesn’t cover the crown setting if your ring has a crown set stone. We recommend getting an insurance policy for your ring from a reliable outside source. The silicone rings are also excluded from the warranty. The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
We do offer a Lifetime Warranty upgrade, which can be purchased with your order or within 30 days of your original order. If you would like to upgrade to a Lifetime Warranty, and did not do so when making your purchase, please contact us.
Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations FAQs
Any returned rings will be subject to a 40% recycling fee. If you decide to return your ring for any reason, you must do so within 14 days of delivery. Once you have returned the ring, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method minus a 40% recycling fee.
If there is an error on your order, your ring will be corrected or remade for you to the original ring ordered at no additional cost. Any errors on our part do not exclude the buyer from the refund policies, but rather entitle them to have their ring corrected to be the product ordered. Returned items must be in good condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The return policy only applies to the original ring, exchanged rings cannot be returned or exchanged again. We retain the right to refuse any exchange if we feel the policy is being abused.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please advise us of those changes within 24 hours of placing the order. For any order cancellations after 24 hours, there will be a 40% fee. If you need to change the size of your ring after you have received it, there is a Size Exchange Fee of 20% of the current retail price of the ring, within 30 days of delivery. For any size exchange after 30 days, the fee is 40% of the current retail price. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the shipping for the newly sized ring. If you need to do a Size Exchange, please contact us via the contact page or email us at email@example.com for exchange instructions.
Once the original ring is returned and fees are paid, a new ring will then be made and shipped. We will only exchange the ring once for the 20% fee. Any Size Exchanges following that will be the 40% fee.
Size Exchanges can only be made for the same style ring and do not allow for any changes in the ring style to be made (Width, Inlays, Etc.).
If you would like to change the style of your ring, you may do so within the first 30 days after the ring is delivered for a 20% Style Exchange Fee based on the retail price of the original ring. After the 30 day window has passed, no style exchanges will be allowed. If your new style is more expensive than your original ring, you will be responsible to pay that difference in addition to the 20% Style Exchange Fee. If the new ring is less expensive no refunds or credits will be issued for the price difference. You may only do a style exchange once. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the shipping for the new ring. We use Klarna and Shop Pay for our Payment Plans.
Klarna offers two different ways to finance your ring. You can either:
Split your ring into 4 interest-free card payments.
Finance your ring over a longer period of time with a minimum monthly payment and a low interest rate.
To buy using Klarna, simply choose 'Slice it. Pay over time with Klarna' as your payment method during checkout. Currently Klarna is only available to US customers. You can learn more about Klarna here.
Our standard United States Shipping method is FedEx. Shipments average 3-5 business days depending on location, from Utah. Express Shipping is available as an upgrade option during checkout. All United States Rush Orders get Express Shipping as part of the Rush Processing fee. All of our orders are shipped with insurance.
For International customers the shipping method varies by destination. If you have a preferred shipping method, you may need to pay additional shipping costs. All International Rush Orders will also need to pay for additional International Shipping.
We charge a flat fee for shipping & handling for the first item and NO additional charges for combined items. For International orders, your parcel may take 6-15 business days to arrive. In some cases, it may take longer due to delays in customs. Customer is responsible for all taxes & duties.
